Seperators

Between DN 20 and DN 40 Threaded Connections
Between DN 20 and DN 300 Flanged Connections

Max.Working Pressure : 10 Bar
Max.Working Temperature : 110°C
Body : Carbon Steel

There are Five types of Seperators;

1- Vorteks Seperator
* Rugged, lightweight and maintenance-free design
* Production from welded construction, carbon steel and stainless steel
* Flanged, threaded and socket connection options in ISO, Dın and ANSI norms
* Production in special dimensions for assembly easiness in necessary conditions
* In all production units, pressure resistance and leakage tests

2-Residue and Waste Seperator
* While difficulties in cleaning and maintenance of conventional strainers are removed, possible defaults caused by
these difficulties are prevented.
* Due to occlusions in water flow direction that may occur in conventional strainer, blockage of flow is prevented.
* Without stopping the system helps easily cleaning.
* Accumulated residues and dirts are easily evacuated with valve under the device.

3-Air Seperators
* By collecting the air, provides evacuation.
* Continuously evacuates air while system is operating and without stopping the pump.
* While filling water to the facility, top relief valve and air purger can be assembled to evacuate the air.
* For the evacuation of possible accumulations, global valve connection plug is present in the below part of the device.

4-Residue, Waste and Air Seperator
* It is a type in which the properties of residues, dirts and air separator are accumulated in a single device.
*Dirt and air separator, both air and residue and dirt in the system can be evacuated.
