S1074 and S1075 Series General Purpose Solenoid Valves are threaded connection, large orifice, pilot operated solenoid valves. S1074 is normally closed, S1075 is normally open model.

When a voltage is applied to the coil in solenoid valves, the coil turns into an electromagnet and generates a magnetic force. This force causes the core inside the valve to move. According to this movement, the valve opens or closes. The fluid when it does not pass when there is no energy is called normally closed, and when the fluid passes without energy is called normally open.
