It is time controlled and can be controlled remotely. In case of an electrical failure of the motor, the valve has the option to open and close manually.
It prevents the compressor from running in the absence of compressed air. It has the feature of protecting the memory of the digital program with an alkaline battery in case of power failure. It can be used at a pressure of up to 16 bar. It can prevent slow valve opening and water hammer. It can be controlled for 7 days with micro process. It has a large LCD display showing the program cycle and current time. It has compact design and ease of installation. It is fully automatic and provides ease of maintenance.
Purpose of usage:
It is indispensable for factories where compressed air is used. Compressed air is obtained by using a compressor, that is, by consuming electrical energy.
It is desirable to prevent air leaks in compressed air lines as they will waste energy. The Air Saver-G1 compressor is connected to the air tank outlet and the valve is closed with the time adjusted control system on the valve. Compressed air is trapped inside the tank. The air in the tank is prevented from going to the compressed air installation in the factory outside of working hours. Thus, if there are air leaks at some points in the installation during these time periods, it will be prevented. It provides energy savings.
